Can I exceed the limit of 200 words for a test of the community?

I am writing an essay for the award below, and I find it very difficult to stay within 200 words. You need to send in 250 words or if I, so that would be correct?

The rules on this page does not say more than “a page with 200 words in brackets. This means that they do not much about the 200 words that will be a page. If you still take 250 words on a page after the specified parameters, then it is good. Since you send a hard copy and an electronic copy is difficult to get exact number of words. Ask a page and you’re good.
