Is that leadership experience to obtain a scholarship ROTC essential?

Right now, I think a request for AFROTC. My GPA is 3.75, but I have not taken a leadership course. Is this a big deal or something else more important?

Not at all important to get a scholarship – one of the objectives of the ROTC will teach you to be a leader. Previous experience is not relevant to your application.
