Am I able to get a partial scholarship for rugby?

Hey, I’m a junior in high school right now, and I am currently in a game “Gold” Division Rugby Club. This will be my second year playing and I make great progress. I know you can get a partial scholarship for rugby. My goal is to be a region of stars. What are my chances of being recruited to play, a regional star if I believe that I properly close the school or Rank I?
