Social security and pension issues?
Hi I have a good credit record with the grandparents and I have a cosigner need for my student loans. My parents have bad credit, and left me to my grandparents to ask. My grandpopz says he can not do that because of where they live now, they live there for free becuz the government pays for it? They are waiting for the income and social security? (We do not know what it is), but they said if they get a loan, and it goes directly to the existence of credit history. They say they can not, because they are out of the apartment, and the government to pay more for them and the custom of kicking the future of social security income received? What does this mean and is it really true? I really need a co-signer or co applicant my private student loans. Please help
Do not risk your grandparents have good credit. You are already retired and lives in a council estate they can not afford to co-sign private student loans. If you are not creditworthy co-signer on the other (which is ready), choose a better school and the use of federal student loans (which no signatures). There are thousands of schools, you could participate in federal student loans – choose one of them, or do you focus on your education and work and save to cover the costs. The money would be extended to them would be given at your school but your grandparents are clearly uncomfortable with it. They know that if you do not pay in the future they will be responsible and they obviously can not afford to cover the loan.
