When should I start for college?

I am a junior in high school. I have heard that I begin to have scholarships for this semester, so I already started it, but I want to do the same for applications? If not, when should I? I want to talk my advisor, but I spoke with him in the past and I found him to be pretty useless advice.

You’re still a little early, but early preparation is never a bad thing. I would say that focusing on the school, then as senior year is starting make the decision. Who knows, you change what you do with your life in the summer when you do not want to spend time and money in the school waste, you need not come to an end. Also be familiar with your advisor, trust me, for it is your year to run the near future. Good luck!
